Administrative Assistant (Part time: 4-6 hrs. / wk., $20 / hr.)
May work from home with periodical office meetings.
Office Administration and clerical duties for two (2) small businesses.
Proficiency with small business administrative organization.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online, including updating for Sales
& Income as well as keeping track of Bills, Expenses and Inventory.
Proficiency with electronic document filing, as well as “hard copy” filing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Spreadsheets and
PowerPoint presentations for sales and marketing projects as required.
Proficiency with website maintenance.
