BAXTER & WOODMAN, INC. ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTION OF SEAN E. O'DELL
Baxter & Woodman, Inc. Consulting Engineers promotes Mr. Sean E. O'Dell, PE to Manager of the firm's Infrastructure Department. He will take on an expanded role that includes guiding the technical development of infrastructure department staff and providing public sector clients with proactive solutions to underground infrastructure challenges.
Mr. O'Dell has ten years of experience and assists the firm's clients with infrastructure planning and rehabilitation. He is a member of the firm's Trenchless Technology Committee and has played an integral role designing projects utilizing various methods of trenchless technology over the past five years. His efforts have positioned Baxter & Woodman, Inc. on the "Top 50 Trenchless Technology Design Firms" in the nation list - as noted by Trenchless Technology publication.

Mr. O'Dell is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University. He is nearing completion of a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). He is the Vice President and Executive Board Member of American Public Works Association (Southwest Branch).
